Job description
Join a collaborative and harmonious team at Providence Medical Group-Walla Walla, as a full-time Nocturnist and provide essential services in this tight-knit community. This group has strong relationships with St. Mary Medical Center, including the support staff, nurses, therapists and other physicians. The role requires ICU experience and candidates must be comfortable managing an ICU and vented patients. With a shift-based schedule and consistent hours, you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance in the beautiful and welcoming town of Walla Walla, Washington.

nn168 shifts, 14 nights on/14 nights off-potential to flex schedule

nnDedicated, collegial group
n
nnEstablished, supportive Hospitalist program started in 2007
n
nnTele-Critical Care support services available
n
nnMust have vent management experience in past two years, Open ICU
n
nnMust be Internal Medicine trained
n
nnMust be comfortable managing ICU and vented patients
n
nnExperience in a community hospital is a plus
n
nnNew graduates with robust inpatient and ICU exposure during residency training
n
nnStudent loan assistance and $5,500 CME allowance available
n
nnCompensation is between $295,021 and $377,352 per year
n
nnThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
