Payroll AssistantDuration: 3+ months contractMust have health care payroll experienceMust have UKG dimensions and OracleAttendance is key. No calling out is allowed in the first two weeks. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of request.We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Assistant.The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a payroll team.Responsibilities:Payroll Processing: Assist in processing biweekly payroll for employees, including data entry, timekeeping, and calculation of wages and deductions.Verification: Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to hours worked.Communication: Address employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and professionally by email and phone.Record Keeping: Maintain organized and secure payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Prior experience in payroll processing or a similar role is a plus.Experience:1 year of recent experience.Skills:UKG dimensions and OracleSome proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Strong mathematical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and time management skills.Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.Education:High School Diploma/GEDUS Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
