The Division of Cardiology and the CardioVascular Center (CVC) at Tufts Medical Center in Boston is recruiting for an early-career faculty position focused on general clinical cardiology and echocardiography.

nAbout the Division of Cardiology and Tufts Medical Center:
nnnThe Division is part of the CardioVascular Center, an integrated Heart and Vascular Center with financial and strategic alignment across Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, and Vascular Surgery.
n
nnHas robust and growing interdisciplinary programs in cardiac arrhythmia, structural heart disease, valvular disease, and ischemic heart disease.
n
nnPerforms approximately 1,000 cardiac surgical operations per year
n
nnHas one of the largest heart transplant programs in the country; in 2024, the Advanced HF program performed a record 70 heart transplants, the most of any center in New England.

nnTrains the next generation of cardiologists through an ACGME-accredited fellowship program
n
n nHow you’ll transform patient care:
nnnYou’ll join an outstanding team of cardiologists and imagers involved in complex in-patients and a wide array of out-patients
n
nnYou’ll care for patients with both out-patient and in-patient clinical service time
n
n nWho you are:
nnnBC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease
n
nnSubstantial interest in general clinical cardiology and the high-quality care of out-patients
n
nnLevel II or III training in echocardiography as well as current or anticipated Board Certification in Echocardiography
n
nnSubstantial experience with transthoracic and transesophageal echo, stress echo, and techniques such as strain and 3D echocardiography
n
nnInterest and experience in academics highly desirable, with substantial opportunities for teaching and research

n nCompensation:
nThe salary range for this position is $331,997.00 to $401,935.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
