On-Call Expectations: Approximately 1:5 Rotational Call

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: Multi-Hospital System with Comprehensive Cardiac Services
EMR System: EPIC – Fully Integrated HIMSS Stage VII
Specialty Backup: Comprehensive Multidisciplinary and Subspecialty Support Across a 4-Hospital System
Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner Support in Both Inpatient and Outpatient Settings
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed Position within Established Cardiovascular Group; Reports to Medical Leadership

State License Required: Eligible for Indiana Medical License

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Comprehensive Inpatient and Outpatient Cardiovascular Care
Participate in Rotational Call Coverage
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Care Teams Across the Health System
Utilize EPIC EMR for Accurate and Timely Documentation
Contribute to Practice Growth and Quality Improvement Initiatives
