Exceptional Compensation
$510,000 guaranteed salary for the first three years
Quarterly productivity incentives provide the opportunity to earn $600,000-$700,000+ prior to partnership
Partnership eligibility after three years
Long-term earning potential of $1M+ annually based on productivity and ancillary revenue participation
Straightforward Partnership Track
Partnership available after just three years
Minimal buy-in of approximately $30,000
Equal profit sharing among partners

Outstanding Clinical Support
Focus on patient care while practicing within a well-staffed, highly efficient environment:
Dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support
LPN support for medication management and prior authorizations
In-house diagnostic team including:Nuclear Technologist
Two Echo Technologists
Vascular Technologist
Advanced Practice Providers manage consults and weekday hospital rounding
Established and Growing Cardiovascular Program
High-volume non-invasive cardiology practice
Robust echo, vascular, and nuclear imaging services
Planned Cardiac PET/CT program , positioning the practice as the only provider in Central Delaware
Opportunities to develop clinical interests and subspecialty niches
Practice leadership actively invests in new technology and strategic growth
Balanced Schedule & Manageable Patient Volumes
Office hours typically 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM , followed by hospital rounds and diagnostic interpretation
Approximately 18 patients per day
Average inpatient census of 4-6 patients
1:3 call schedule , primarily phone-based during weekdays
APPs provide significant inpatient support and consult coverage
