Overview
nCarle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding Cardiology Division in Urbana, Illinois.
nOpportunity Details
nnnJoin a growing team of 10 Non-Invasive/Heart Failure Cardiologists at the Carle Heart and Vascular Institute
n
nnOur growing Cardiology team includes 8 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Heart Failure Cardiologists, and 3 Electrophysiologists
n
nnSeven Advanced Practice Nurses in the Cardiology Department work closely with the Cardiologists in all patient care activities
n
nnCarle Cardiologists cover only one hospital
n
nnGeneral Cardiology call (every 7 - 8 days and weekend every 5-6 weeks)

nnOpportunity for clinical appointment at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine
n
nnNew state-of-the-art Heart Center, located adjacent to Carle Foundation Hospital
n
nnOpportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

nThe Carle Heart & Vascular Institute (Carle HVI) is an integrated organizational entity with structural and functional integration of Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, and Interventional Radiology. nCompensation and Benefits
nThe compensation range for this position is $600,000 - $645,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
