Position Title: Non-Medical Transportation Driver
Location: Fairfield County, CT
Employment Type: Part-time
Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
Reports To: Operations Coordinator
Position Summary
The Non-Medical Transportation Driver safely transports clients to and from appointments, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience. The driver represents the company with courtesy, punctuality, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Transport clients to medical and therapy appointments and other approved destinations.
Assist clients safely entering and exiting the vehicle.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records.
Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality and client privacy standards.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Prior experience in transportation or healthcare preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and assist clients when necessary.
Must pass background and drug screening.
