We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels the patient experience is as meaningful as we do.You Will:Coordinate the activities of non-technical support functions of the department on assigned shifts under the supervision of the department supervisor, manager, or director.Perform all non-technical duties within the department. Functional areas may include, but are not limited to specimen collection, specimen processing and referral testingSupport the department in achieving department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, healthy work environment, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities.You Should Have:A High School or GED requiredVocational/Technical diploma preferredPhlebotomy Certificate preferred1-3 years in specimen collection and processing1-3 years in a clinical laboratory settingHCA Florida University Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
