Job description
Kendal at Lexington, a nonprofit Life Plan Community in Virginia, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting, month-end close, and reporting for a spectrum of services including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.
Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee accounts payable, resident billing, payroll support, audits, and internal controls, ensuring accurate financials and regulatory compliance, while partnering with HR and departmental leaders to drive efficiency.
