Job description
RBR Alliance, Inc. is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for four nonprofit agencies, including RBR Alliance, Blue River Services, Rauch, Inc., and the Rauch Foundation, ensuring high-impact programs for the community.
The CEO will chart direction, manage budgets, cultivate board relations, and foster staff development while traveling between Indiana facilities from Georgetown to Indianapolis, Indiana.
