Job description
United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona (UCPSA) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, reporting, and compliance for a $50M annual budget. The role partners with the CEO and COO to ensure fiscal integrity and strategic decision making that supports the people UCPSA serves.
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of nonprofit finance leadership, GAAP expertise, and strong communication with the Board.
