Job description
YWCA Greater Cleveland is seeking a Finance Director to serve as the organization’s chief financial strategist and trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board. You will oversee financial health, invest in sustainable growth, and translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, and grant management while coaching a Finance team and championing equitable financial practices across the department.
