Job description
Villa of Hope seeks a Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) to lead finance, facilities, and information technology. You will drive budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives in a nonprofit behavioral health context, aligning with DEIB goals.
The role requires 5–8 years in senior financial leadership, CPA/MBA preferred, and experience with multi-million dollar budgets. Occasional NYS travel and collaboration with the ELT are expected.
