Job description
Arc’teryx in San Francisco, CA seeks a Regional Manager to steer Northern California retail performance and guest experiences across company stores and outlets. You will lead store leaders, drive profitable revenue growth, and ensure brand consistency with strong community ties.
You will coach teams, manage day-to-day operations, and Partner with HQ for product placement to maximize sales and margins while nurturing talent and culture. Travel and weekends may be required.
