Job description
Opella seeks a seasoned NA Brand R&D Lead - Topical Pain to shape the innovation pipeline from concept to launch. You will translate consumer insights into strategic product plans and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Medical to drive growth across North America.
You will lead end-to-end R&D, develop long-term portfolio strategies, and partner with external researchers and suppliers to advance differentiated consumer health products while upholding regulatory and sustainability
