Job description
Electrolux Group North America in Charlotte is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Strategy to own the commercial intelligence and governance layer across the region. This leader shapes multi-year channel strategy, trade architecture, and demand discipline, balancing long-range positioning with data-driven forecast integrity.
You will synthesize market signals, lead Field RGM, and partner with Commercial Finance to ensure margin protection while enabling growth, reporting to the VP, Commercial.
