Job description
Kate Spade New York seeks a Director of North America Ecommerce to lead revenue, conversion, and brand experience across four sites (Retail U.S., Outlet U.S., Retail Canada, Outlet Canada). Own end-to-end strategies and partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Technology to drive growth.
Build and lead a high-performing team. Requires 8+ years in ecommerce leadership within retail or luxury, strong analytics, and experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and GA4.
