Job description
Xylem is a leader in water technology, seeking a Manager, North America Finance, to oversee financial reporting and accounting for the North America Dewatering business from Charlotte in a hybrid setup. You will partner with senior leaders to provide forecasting, planning insights, and data-driven guidance while ensuring robust financial discipline.
The role requires strong accounting background, manufacturing/operational finance experience, and advanced SAP, Power BI, Oracle, and OneStream
