AXIS Capital is seeking a strategic Head of Insights & Analytics – North America to lead the analytics and AI agenda for underwriting. You will translate business priorities into data products, ensure value delivery and partner with senior leaders to drive performance and growth.
You will supervise a high-performing team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and promote agile, product-oriented delivery practices across the North America portfolio.
