Job description
Moody's Investors Service seeks a Privacy Counsel to support its Global Privacy Program, advising on U.S. and Canadian privacy laws and helping manage privacy risk across North America.
You will handle day-to-day privacy queries, data incidents, and regulatory inquiries, while supporting M&A due diligence and guidance on new data privacy requirements. A strong grounding in law and privacy is essential.
