Job description
TikTok is seeking a Head of North America Product Strategy & Operations for the Global Business Solutions group, based in San Jose. You will lead the NA PSO team, partner with product and sales, and shape monetization strategy to drive revenue growth.
You will set regional priorities, mentor leaders, and translate client feedback into the product roadmap while collaborating with marketing, product, and sales to deliver scalable monetization solutions.
