Job description
Adler Pelzer Group 1 seeks an Operations Director for North America to lead and elevate plant performance across U.S. and Mexican facilities. You will drive regional strategy, partner with Plant Managers, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
The role requires multi-site leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of continuous improvement, with significant travel to sites and the Troy, MI HQ when not traveling.
