Job description
Escape is seeking a Sales Director, North America to lead and expand our US sales organization, driving revenue growth across North America. You will manage a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Engineers, and partner with founders to shape our GTM strategy and scalable revenue engine.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B tech sales and 3+ years of sales leadership, with a proven record closing enterprise deals (ACV $50K+).
