Job description
HoSt Bio-Energy Systems in Vancouver, WA seeks a Director of Sales for North America to build and lead a high-performing team across sales, sales engineering, and marketing. You will own the numbers, coach the team, and shape commercial strategy in a multi-year, multi-country environment.
You'll work closely with CEO and leadership, align across cultures, manage multi-million-dollar deals, and drive accountability, forecasting, and execution while scaling the North American organization.
