Job description
Rolls-Royce plc seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead the North America Quality organization across Aiken, SC and Mankato, MN. You will define the region's quality strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory and product compliance for emissions and certification.
You will influence executive stakeholders, manage budgets and talent, and represent RR with customers and regulators globally.
