Job description
Keller Executive Search is assisting in recruiting the first dedicated VP of Sales for North America. The role will own the North American sales function, leading a team of about 15 across specification, builder, inside sales, and channel management in the U.S. and Canada.
You will report to the President of Global Heating and drive growth to meet 2027–2030 goals. Requirements include 7+ years of senior commercial leadership, multi-region experience, and strong financial acumen.
