Job description
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Greater Twin Cities North Metro Area seeks a Director to build and oversee a staff team across Sherburne, Anoka, Isanti, and Chisago Counties. The Director grows the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding through the Advancement Lanes.
This leadership role aligns with the Regional VP, staff and boards to fulfill FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values, directing a ministry plan and a disciple-making approach in the Sports
