Home Health Aide PositionWe are looking for experienced home health aides, 32 or 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Care for 3-5 patients a day locally. Position requires travel from home to home when needed.Compensation $23.00 per hour, mileage, plus benefits!Position requires:CHHA certificate - Must be issued in MassachusettsFlexibility and willingness to travelYour own means of transportation (Car)Valid driver's licenseExperience with the senior populationResponsibilities:Assists the client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.Performs light housekeeping tasks.Assist patients with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparationConsults regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environmentMaintains confidentiality of the client at all times.We offer:Medical, dental and vision plansEmployee Assistance plan (EAP)401KLife and Disability insurance plansMedical and Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Weekly compensationCompany benefits start on your first day, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.
