Job description
Rubrik, the Security and AI Operations Company, seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Northeastern SLED territory. You will own bookings growth, drive market expansion, and develop a high-performing team across public sector accounts.
You will lead a group of 6 Account Executives, mentoring them through pipeline, complex sales cycles, and account expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed regional sales objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
