Burns & Wilcox is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President to drive sustained growth across the Northeast region, including New York, New Jersey, Boston, Baltimore and Pittsburgh. You will lead offices, set strategies for profitability, growth and retention, and inspire teams to deliver results.
The ideal candidate has a proven transformational leadership track within the insurance industry, with the ability to manage P&L and partner with headquarters to execute strategic initiatives.
