Job description
Slalom seeks a Senior Managing Director to lead the Northern California market, based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 25% travel. You will define the GTM strategy, lead a team, manage P&L, and drive growth and client satisfaction across the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Carson City/Reno.
As part of the leadership team, you will shape the regional operating model, mentor leaders, and forge strong client relationships while partnering with capability and sales leaders to deliver outcomes.
