Job description
JTM Food Group is seeking a Director of Food Service Sales for the Northwest region to lead profitable growth across assigned U.S. markets.
You will develop and execute strategic business plans, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Finance to deliver customer-focused solutions. You will oversee broker networks, pricing strategies, and distributor engagement while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
