About The Role
Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to grow their business across the Northwest U.S. territory. This is a consultative sales role — you'll be the trusted partner for distributors, manufacturers' reps, and OEMs, responsible for delivering results with accountability, integrity, and a genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships.
This role requires up to 80% travel within the territory.
What You Will Do
Build and develop new customer relationships while expanding and deepening existing accounts
Conduct regular sales calls, product presentations, and lead follow-ups (by phone, email, and in person)
Communicate product updates, pricing changes, and enhancements to current customers
Maintain accurate, detailed records of prospects and customers in the CRM system
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategy
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategy and marketing plans
Deliver on annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in a technical sales role
Associate's or undergraduate degree and/or equivalent sales experience
Strong technical aptitude — you understand the products you sell
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; a natural relationship builder
Experience selling to a diverse customer base (distributors, OEMs, manufacturers' reps)
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Collaborative team player with a creative, solutions-oriented approach
