Xylem Nordic leadership is seeking a strong commercial leader to run the Transport business in Norway and act as Country Lead for the Norwegian entity. The role demands P&L ownership, profitability growth, and robust go-to-market execution within a matrix organization.
You will partner across Finance, HR, Legal, Product, Marketing to optimize pricing, forecast quality, and sales capability while shaping the Nordic agenda and paving a path to broader European responsibilities.
