We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories. As a key holder and lead crafter, you'll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.What you'll do:Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistencyLead the bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphereOpen and close the bakery as a trusted key holderSupport daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventoryCoach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standardsEnsure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciatedHelp create a clean, organized, and joyful bakery environmentWhat we're looking for:A natural leader with a positive and dependable attitudeSomeone who enjoys both creativity and operationsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPrevious bakery, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferredWhy you'll love working here:At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the atmosphere is upbeat, the work is meaningful, and the opportunities are endless.
