This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to producing quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials and finished products from machinesMonitor equipment during operation and report any issues to supervisorsInspect products to ensure they meet quality standardsComplete production records and required documentation accuratelyFollow written work instructions and standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresPerform additional production duties as assignedRequired QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredAbility to work a 2/2/3 rotating scheduleAbility to stand for 12-hour shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable transportation and excellent attendanceAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious machine operator or manufacturing experienceBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience using measuring tools or performing quality inspectionsHigh school diploma or GED preferredCore Competencies Machine Operation • Manufacturing • Production • Quality Inspection • Material Handling • Production Documentation • Safety Compliance • Teamwork • Attention to Detail • Reliability • Time Management • Problem Solving
