Now Hiring Assemblers/ Spot Welders/MR Build - 1st ShiftAssembler / Spot Welder Operator – 1st ShiftFull-TimeKings Mountain, NC$20.00 per hourMonday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMMust be available to work Fridays and Saturdays as production needs dictate.Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and motivated Assembler / Spot Welder Operators to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position is responsible for assembling components, operating spot welding equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or construction experience, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to safety, quality, and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble parts and components according to work instructions and production specificationsOperate spot welding equipment safely and efficientlyInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standardsFollow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelinesMeet daily production and performance goalsOperate hand and power tools as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersPerform additional production duties as assignedRequired Qualifications1-2+ years of manufacturing assembly or construction experienceAbility to safely operate or learn to operate spot welding equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentReliable transportation and excellent attendanceAbility to work required overtime as production demandsPreferred QualificationsPrevious spot welding experienceExperience using hand and power toolsExperience reading work instructions or blueprintsManufacturing or fabrication experienceCore CompetenciesAssembly, Spot Welding, Manufacturing, Production, Hand Tools, Quality Inspection, Safety Compliance, Teamwork, Production Efficiency, Attention to Detail, Reliability, Time Management #KM
