Behavior InterventionistCalifornia Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.Position SummaryBehavior Interventionists deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will work directly with clients to build communication, social, and self-help skills while implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision.Compensation & Benefits• Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and education).• Mileage Reimbursement: Paid per mile.• Drive Time Compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.Responsibilities• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).• Collect and record data on client progress.• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Qualifications• High School Diploma (Required).• Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (Preferred).• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.• Must pass TB test.• Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint clearance.• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply.Service AreasWe are currently hiring in and around the following areas:San Fernando Valley CountyCities: Sunland 91040, Tujunga 91042, La Crescenta 91214, North Glendale 91208 / Montrose, Burbank 91501, 91502, 91504, 91505, 91506, Sun Valley 91352, Pacoima 91331, Sylmar 91342, North Hollywood 91605, NoHo / Valley Village 91601, 91602, 91606, 91607, Panorama City 91402, Van Nuys 91405, Valley Glen 91401, North Hills 91343, Altadena 91001, La Cañada Flintridge 91011How to ApplyIf you are passionate about helping children grow and thrive, we encourage you to apply today.
