Personal Care AideA Special Touch In Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client's living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.Responsibilities include:Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressingAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercisesPrepare meals and snacksLight housekeeping activitiesMedication remindersProvide companionshipAssist with errands and shoppingProvide personal care dutiesQualifications include:Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift heavy objectsCompassionate, respectful, ethicalAbility to pass background check and drug screenMust have a driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation: $11.00 - $16.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
