Make a Difference Every Day!Join our caring team and provide compassionate support to seniors in a welcoming senior living community in Wheeling, IL.What You'll DoAssist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)Provide companionship and compassionate daily supportAssist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioningPrepare meals and assist with light housekeepingTransport clients safely to appointments, errands, and activitiesSupport clients with their individual needs, preferences, and daily routinesProvide safe, respectful, and dependable careMorning & Day Shifts AvailableWe are currently hiring caregivers for morning and day shifts!Day Shifts: 6-hour and 8-hour shifts availableMorning Hours: Typically 6:00 AM–1:00 PM or 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, depending on client needsMonday–Friday: Openings available for consistent weekday shiftsWeekend Availability: Every other weekend availability requiredAvailability: Must have open availability on at least 4 days per weekPay & Benefits$18.00 per hourPaid trainingBi-weekly payPaid Time Off (eligibility requirements apply)Health benefits (eligibility requirements apply)Employee referral bonus programMinimum Qualifications18 years of age or older1+ year of professional caregiving experienceExperience in home care, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, nursing home, or similar settingsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAuthorized to work in the U.S.Ability to pass required background screeningsNursing students are encouraged to apply!
