NOW HIRING: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

nNu Look Home Care Agency is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide dependable, person-centered care to individuals in their homes.
nWe're looking for caregivers who understand that the little things matter — arriving on time, listening to clients, following the care plan, documenting accurately, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.
nResponsibilities May Include:
nAssisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
nProviding mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance
nAssisting with toileting and other activities of daily living
nMeal preparation and feeding assistance
nLight housekeeping related to client care
nProviding companionship and supportive care
nObserving and reporting changes in a client's condition
nFollowing the client's established plan of care
nCompleting required visit documentation
nUsing the agency's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to accurately clock in and out of scheduled visits
nQualifications:
nCurrent CNA listing/credentials as required for the position
nCurrent CPR/AED certification
nCompassionate, patient, and dependable
nProfessional and respectful
nReliable transportation
nAbility to follow written care plans and agency procedures
nComfortable using a smartphone/mobile app for EVV and visit documentation
nAbility to successfully complete required employment screenings
nHome care experience is preferred but not required
