Job description
CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Everett, MA. We're seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers who are available for long-hour shifts and are ready to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
Follow individualized care plans and client routines
Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
