CNA/Caregiver Position AvailableBrightStar Care Lawrenceville has immediate positions available for CNA's and Caregiver's in Winder, GA. We are looking for individuals who are kind and genuine with others, manage pressure and stress in a positive way, are reliable and who serve for the greater good to make a real difference in the lives of others.CNA's/Caregiver's perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. If you live in Winder, GA; are a dedicated individual with a passion for caring for others and that values honesty and commitment as much as BrightStar does; then this may be the position for you.Benefits$10.00 per hourWeekly pay with direct depositFlexible hoursFree monthly continuing educationJoint Commission certifiedResponsibilitiesProvide client care according to approved Plan of CareAssist clients with daily personal hygiene including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeepingTake and record vital signs of client including height and weight, if necessaryAssist client with active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care, as well as observing the client’s physical, mental, and emotional conditionsProvide client with help walking and transferring to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shoppingDevelop and promote a safe environment to provide quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standardsProvide transportation as requiredAssist in providing a safe environment for clientComply with all documentation and record keeping requirementsFollow principles of infection control and Universal PrecautionsEnsure client’s rights are adhered toTreat client, family, and staff with courtesy and respectRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum one (1) year of documented experience is requiredCPR CertificationNegative TB skin test or Chest X-rayReliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
