nPay: $15.50–$18.00/hour (depending on availability, length of experience, and skillset)
nShifts: Flexible scheduling – part-time, full-time, and potential overnights available for those with a high skillset.

nWe are not a standard "9 to 5" agency — schedules are created based on each client’s individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same.
nWe proudly serve Washtenaw County and the city of Belleville — with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area. They must also live within 30 minutes of Ann Arbor.
nWhat You Will Do:
nAssist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
nProvide companionship and conversation
nHelp with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
nMaintain a safe environment and follow care plans
nSupport mobility and transfers
nCommunicate observations and changes to the office promptly

nWhat We’re Looking For:
nA caring, dependable, and professional nature
nAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required)
nReliable transportation, valid ID, and verifiable car insurance (hard requirement)
nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
nStrong communication skills and a positive attitude
nMinimum travel time requirement: You must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments. This does not mean you will always travel that far, but it is a requirement for placement flexibility.
