Compassionate Caregivers & Home Health AidesPay: $15.50–$18.00/hour (depending on availability, length of experience, and skillset)Shifts: Flexible scheduling – part-time, full-time, and potential overnights available for those with a high skillset.Bonus: $1,250 New Hire Bonus – ask us how!Follow-Up: Once you apply, you'll receive a text with next steps — be ready to respond so we can connect quickly! We are not a standard "9 to 5" agency — schedules are created based on each client's individual needs and wants, and we do adhere to their preferences. Shifts can range anywhere from 1 to 14 hours, and no two schedules look the same. We proudly serve Washtenaw County and the city of Belleville — with our main base of clients located in Washtenaw County. All caregivers must be prepared to travel into Washtenaw County, if they are applying outside the area. They must also live within 30 minutes of Ann Arbor.What You Will Do:Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)Provide companionship and conversationHelp with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errandsMaintain a safe environment and follow care plansSupport mobility and transfersCommunicate observations and changes to the office promptly…and moreWhat We're Looking For:A caring, dependable, and professional natureAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (required)Reliable transportation, valid ID, and verifiable car insurance (hard requirement)Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeMinimum travel time requirement: You must be willing and able to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments.
