If you're dependable, compassionate, and take pride in helping others maintain their comfort and independence, we invite you to join our Philadelphia team.You'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes while becoming a trusted part of their daily lives.ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careAssist with mobility, transfers, and daily activitiesPrepare meals and provide medication remindersPerform light housekeeping and laundryAssist with errands and grocery shopping as neededEncourage independence and maintain clients' dignityObserve and report changes in clients' condition or needsWhat We Offer$15–$18 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and case typeFlexible schedulingPart-time and full-time opportunitiesDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shiftsBiweekly payMileage reimbursement for eligible assignmentsOvertime opportunitiesShift differentials for weekends and special casesReferral bonuses and caregiver recognition programsOngoing training and supportSupportive office teamRequirementsPrevious professional caregiving experience preferredCNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferredCompassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignmentsAbility to meet company requirements and complete required documentationYour experience matters, but your compassion makes the difference.
