Now Hiring Freight DispatchersEarn $800–$1,500+/week!Job Title: Freight Dispatcher (Entry-Level & Experienced)Pay: $800–$1,500+ per week (depending on experience, performance, and skill level)Job Description: Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Freight Dispatchers. We accept both entry-level/inexperienced candidates and experienced dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently across the country.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate freight loads for owner-operators and carriersCommunicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveriesTrack shipments and provide clients with real-time updatesProblem-solve delays or issues that arise during transportMaintain accurate records of shipments and deliveriesRequired Skills (Experience Optional for Entry-Level):Strong communication skillsBasic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, dispatching software)Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads simultaneouslyOrganizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn the freight dispatch process (for entry-level candidates)Preferred Skills (Experienced Dispatchers):Prior freight dispatch experience or trucking industry knowledgeFamiliarity with ELD systems and load boardsNegotiation and rate confirmation with carriers and brokersAbility to mentor entry-level dispatchersWhy Join Us:Flexible schedule and remote work optionsOpportunity to advance your career and increase earningsSupportive team environment with training for new dispatchersHow to Apply: Submit your application to be considered for this position.
