Now Hiring – Full-Time Distribution Associate II | Sparks Distribution CenterWe are excited to announce a full-time opportunity at a smaller Hospital Linen Material Distribution Center in Sparks! If you have warehouse experience and are looking for a stable schedule with growth potential, we want to hear from you.Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $20.00/hour (temporary rate) with a raise upon hireSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, no lunch but you get 2 15 minute breaks.Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as neededKey ResponsibilitiesLoading/unloading, shipping/receiving. picking/packing, cleaningOperate forklifts (experience preferred, client will train the right candidate)Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standardsMeet daily quotas efficiently.Keep work areas clean, organized, and safeFollow company policies and work instructionsQualificationsBasic math and literacy skills.Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistentlyComfortable standing for long periodsAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentReliable attendance and strong teamwork skillsPrevious warehouse experienceWilling to cross-train in all departmentsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to be cross-trained in multiple areasAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentIf you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow with a great team, apply today or message us for more details!
