Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Temp-to-Perm)Revised Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property groundsPick up trash and debris throughout the communitySweep breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areasAssist with landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimmingMaintain pool and common areas as directedReport maintenance or safety concerns to managementAssist the maintenance team with property upkeep as neededRequirements:Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsReliable transportation and punctual attendanceAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical laborPositive attitude and strong work ethicSchedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Benefits:Temp-to-permanent opportunityWeekly payOpportunity for career growth within apartment management and maintenance
