Now Hiring: Injection Molding OperatorLocation: Eau Claire, WI Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftPay Rates1st Shift: $17.50/hr — No shift differential2nd Shift: $19.50/hr — Includes $2.00 shift differential3rd Shift: $20.00/hr — Includes $2.50 shift differentialWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator to join our production team! This position helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining a clean and organized work area.What You'll DoCommunicate with the shift leader and team members about daily tasksReview paperwork and complete shift reports and route sheetsPerform secondary operations as instructedInspect parts to ensure they meet quality standardsGather supplies needed for your workstationReport production, packaging, or quality issuesMaintain a clean and organized workstationAssist in training and supporting other operatorsFollow company quality management proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and consistent attendanceAbility to follow instructions and accurately complete paperworkStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented attitudeAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistanceAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry tools/materials throughout an 8–12 hour shiftPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, or injection molding experience is a plus!Apply today and take the next step toward a great manufacturing opportunity!
